This video, one of the most famous on YouTube, really demonstrates how sometimes reality is better than anything you can script:

Pops was simply fortunate enough to capture this amazing moment with his two adorable boys. Thank goodness he wasn’t worried about:
- If the sound was bad
- If the lighting was bad
- How the video would come across
All the often unfounded concerns that stop many of us from creating our own video.
Even if you aren’t technical, even if you “Don’t know anything about video”, even if the sound and lighting aren’t perfect, even if “I am lousy on camera” … sometimes simply being yourself and authentic creates the kind of connection that translates to viewers, buzz and dollars.
And to date, the more than 144 million folks (that’s right …. 144 million!) who have viewed this video couldn’t agree more.

Yep. There are actually quite a few videos with millions of views where the creator did nothing more complicated than turn on their camera at the right time.
